Why This Update?
This change will enhance the security of Ecocharting software and ensure a smoother experience for stakeholders logging in. To prepare for this update, please follow these steps:
- Enter your company name upon logging in.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app or email.
This update will first take place in our Demo environment at csrd-demo.ecocharting.com on November 14th. The following week, the same update will be implemented in our Production environment at csrd.ecocharting.com. This staged approach helps us ensure that security at Ecocharting remains top-notch.

If you experience any login issues after the update, please clear your browser cache for the Ecocharting application. Here are instructions for clearing the cache in various browsers:
